"We went from a pop up trailer to a toy hauler. Wow! What a difference. We have gone camping and had such a great time. Love our new trailer. We bought our trailer from Walt who was very knowledgeable and took his time with us answering all our questions. He went over all the features when we picked it up. "I had purchased our first travel trailer rv in Dec.2008 loved every bit of it and the experience that came along with it. Rick Sickles and Keith Waites and Jamie were absolutely outstanding, professional and exceeded all of my first time needs. I since then purchased another RV this time a brand new Cougar High Country travel trailer and I am more in love with it than ever. Again came the outstanding attention to my wants and needs, they really treated me like family and always make sure I am taken care of whenver I come in or need anything big or little. "My husband and I purchased a 5th wheel and we are going back down this week to pick it up so we really haven't had much contact with parts and accessories - but everything else was great - everyone there was SO nice and friendly - part of a family.
